These terms govern your use of availo.work ("Availo", "the service") operated by Availo. By creating an account or sending a booking request, you agree to these terms.
The service
Availo provides tools for independent professionals to receive booking requests, negotiate quotes, and generate invoices. Availo is not a party to any agreement between a professional and a booker. We do not employ professionals, guarantee bookings, or process payments between parties.
Accounts
- You must provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure.
- Professionals are responsible for the accuracy of rates, availability, credentials, and tax information on their profile and invoices.
- You must not use the service for unlawful purposes, spam, or to misrepresent your qualifications.
Bookings and quotes
Nothing is confirmed until a professional explicitly accepts a request or quote. Availo does not auto-confirm shifts. Professionals and bookers are solely responsible for honouring agreed terms, cancellations, and payment arrangements made outside the platform.
Fees
Availo may offer free and paid plans. Pricing shown on the marketing site applies unless otherwise agreed in writing. We do not take a percentage of your booking rate.
Content and data
You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant Availo a licence to host, display, and transmit that content as needed to operate the service (e.g. showing your profile to bookers, delivering thread messages).
Availability and support
The service is provided on an "as is" basis. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance and third-party outages may occur.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, Availo is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from use of the service, including lost income from missed shifts, invoice disputes, or calendar sync errors. Our aggregate liability is limited to fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim (or AUD $100 if you use a free plan).
Termination
You may stop using Availo at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms or pose a security risk. You may request account deletion via hello@availo.work.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Queensland, unless mandatory consumer protections in your jurisdiction apply.
